Information from the Victims' Commissioner regarding Coronavirus

This is a challenging time for all of us. The spread of the COVID-19 virus means that information and advice can change quickly.

The Victims’ Commissioner is in close contact with the Government, partner agencies and charities and will continue, where possible, to highlight the needs of victims and those supporting them during this difficult time. We will keep you updated of the Victims’ Commissioner’s work both on this website and via her Twitter account @VictimsComm.

If you are – or someone else is – in danger, or need urgent assistance call 999.

The latest Government advice on support for those suffering Domestic Abuse during Covid-19 can be found here.

Further information on COVID-19 and the measures the Government, and Devolved Governments, are taking, please visit the UK Government website or the Welsh Government website.

The Victims’ Commissioner continues to work, helping and supporting victims and survivors. If you would like to contact her please send an email (rather than postal correspondence as access to the office is limited at the moment) to victims.commissioner@victimscommissioner.org.uk

Thank you, and please stay safe.
