The Victims’ Commissioner is looking to recruit two new team members

The Office of the Victims’ Commissioner for England and Wales is pleased to be offering two exciting new job opportunities.

Dame Vera Baird QC is looking for two new members of staff to join her small, but dedicated, team which supports her in her work as Victims’ Commissioner.

The current vacancies – which are both three-day-a-week part time roles – are for a Stakeholder Engagement Manager and a Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) and Domestic Abuse Policy Manager. The successful applicants would be appointed for two years, with the option to extend for a further year.

Dame Vera said: “I am delighted to able to offer these new roles. They are both key position supporting me in my work as Commissioner.

“We are a close team who work hard to make a tangible difference to the lives of victims, and these will be varied and rewarding roles.
