We encourage all communications to be sent electronically, wherever possible and advise that only non-urgent communications be sent via our postal address.
We aim to reply to correspondence within 20 working days. For postal correspondence, this is dependent on when this is received by our office. This can be subject to delay due to factors beyond our control.
