In response to government guidelines during the current health emergency, the Victims’ Commissioner and her team, are working away from the office. We are, therefore, unable to collect post sent to our official address.

Contact a criminal justice agency directly if you want to complain about a victims’ service.

The Victims’ Commissioner can’t champion individual cases or challenge criminal justice agencies to make different decisions.
