If you are a victim or witness of crime and would like to share your experience of the criminal justice system, you can contact us.

Your feedback is important and helps to inform our wider policy work. Tell us about what works well and what needs improving.

Guidance

We ask for a short summary only. We will get in touch if we need more information. Please do not attach supporting documents.

The Commissioner cannot give advice on individual cases, support campaigns or challenge any agency to make different decisions in cases.

We aim to reply to all correspondence as quickly as possible and within 20 working days.

We advise that all communication be sent electronically. However, non-urgent communication can be sent via our postal address.
