If you are a victim or witness of crime and would like to share your experience of the criminal justice system, you can contact us.

Your feedback is important and helps to inform our wider policy work. Tell us about what works well and what needs improving.


We ask for a short summary only. We will get in touch if we need more information. Please do not attach supporting documents.

The Commissioner cannot give advice on individual cases, support campaigns or challenge any agency to make different decisions in cases.

We encourage all communications to be sent electronically, wherever possible and advise that only non-urgent communications be sent via our postal address.

We aim to reply to correspondence within 20 working days. For postal correspondence, this is dependent on when this is received by our office. This can be subject to delay due to factors beyond our control.
