Share your views of the criminal justice system. victimscommissioner.org.uk." To the right, an image shows two police officers in high-visibility jackets walking along a leafy path beside a pond surrounded by trees. The Victims' Commissioner logo, a white butterfly with the letters "VC," is in the bottom-right corner.

The Victims' Commissioner has partnered with specialist research agency TONIC to deliver the annual survey.

Have you been a victim of or reported a crime in the past three years? The Victims’ Commissioner would like to hear from you.

The Victims’ Commissioner, Baroness Newlove, has launched the annual Victim Survey to gather insights into victims’ experiences.

This year, the Victims’ Commissioner has partnered with TONIC, a social research organisation specialising in criminal justice research, to conduct the annual survey.

The survey is open from 25th November to 31st December 2024 and is available to complete online, by phone, or in a paper format.

The survey includes questions about victims’ experiences with the criminal justice system and support services. Responses will help shape recommendations to improve support and deliver better justice outcomes for victims in the future.

A report based from the survey findings will be published in 2025.

A Welsh version of the survey is in development.
